Cortaca's drunken mess fueled by social media and bars rewarding bad behavior
A large crowd gathers on Clayton Avenue in Cortland during "Cortaca" celebrations Nov. 16. Eighty people were arrested and the state Office of Emergency Management was called in to help restore order.
