Amber Alert issued for Cortland County boy

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-year-old Cortland boy police believe was taken by his noncustodial father on Friday. Liam Brandon Barr-Whitfield was taken from Lincoln Avenue in Cortland around 2:50 p.m. Friday.
