A New Jersey man is behind bars after law enforcement officials say he robbed 14 banks and two businesses in the northeast over a year long span -- One of the businesses was in Cortland County. The Cortland County Sheriff's Department says Francis Simmons robbed the River Bend Antique Shop in Marathon in November 2013.
