Mark G. Dill of Cranston is accused of stabbing a 31-year-old N.Y. man in a parking lot early Sunday morning. A 58-year-old Cranston man has been charged with first-degree manslaughter and other charges in connection with a fatal stabbing outside a bar in Cortland, N.Y., early Sunday morning.
