New York Jets' arrival party scheduled for Thursday in downtown Cortland

New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan received a plaque from a Cortland High School student and keys to the city from Mayor Brian Tobin at the team's preseason arrival ceremony last year in downtown Cortland.
