A Cortland man has been charged with felony third-degree robbery after he handed a bank teller a note and fled with cash, according to Ithaca Police The man, Ian Miles, was wearing a blue hoodie and sunglasses when he approached a teller at the Elmira Savings Bank at 301 East State St. with a note demanding cash, news reports said.
