Cortland man charged with making meth flees by bicycle, crashes into parked police car

A Cortland man charged with making methamphetamine tried to flee police Tuesday on a bicycle, but his getaway was foiled when he crashed into the back of a police car, the Cortland County Sheriff's Department said.
