Onondaga-Cortland trash for ash swap is being rammed through without public input

I am a resident of Onondaga County, living in the Town of DeWitt and a citizen concerned about the short- and long-term environmental and health effects of the "trash for ash" proposal in front of the Cortland County Legislature.
