Price Chopper issues beef recall for Cortland store

The grocery store is issuing a voluntary recall on Price Chopper Ground Beef sold only on April 22 at the Cortland store located at 845 State Route 13. The product is being recalled because a paper soaker pad may have been ground in with the beef.
