Man found dead in a southwest creek had ties to Ithaca and Cortland communities

After receiving reports of a body in a creek in Ithaca's southwest on Tuesday morning, the Ithaca Police Department responded to the area. IPD public information officer Jamie Williamson tells us the dead man had ties to both the Ithaca and Cortland communities.
