Cortland community, college present solutions to keep Cortaca Jug 2014 safe

As SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College football teams prepare for the Cortaca Jug Game next month, the college and community present solutions to avoid potential problems. Though the game was played at Ithaca College last year, melee broke out in Cortland after celebrations for the Red Dragons' win spilled into the streets.
