James H. Root, Sr.

After a courageous battle with cancer, 75 year old Mr. James H. Root, of Norfolk, NY passed away in his home, on December 26th, 2014, with his family by his side. James was born on April 17, 1939, in Cortland, NY, the son of the late Paul S. Root, Sr., and Eva C. Root.
