Michael Conlon,18, who survived a crash on I-81 May 22, with Andrea Czimmer, 17, who was killed as a result of the accident. Also killed was Alexis Porter, 17. New York State Police have released their preliminary findings on what caused a May 22 crash on Interstate 81 in Preble that killed two Cortland high school students and injured a third student.
