Village police say a level 3 sex offender was jailed without bail on Friday for rape after he allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl. Christopher G. Wing, 30, of 11 Greenbush St., Cortland is facing a felony count of third-degree rape and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
