The Friends of the Apalachin Library and Doug's Fish Fry of Cortland are teaming up again for a fundraiser in Apalachin from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 21. The concession trailer will be parked at the new Comfort Inn on Route 434, near Route 17 Exit 66. Customers can use pre-order envelopes available at the Apalachin Library at 719 Main St.
