Funeral scheduled for Syracuse father killed in car-bicycle accident; 'Everybody's hurting,' niece says

A funeral will be held Monday for a Syracuse bicyclist killed Nov. 5 in an accident at the intersection of Cortland and Midland Avenue, according to his family.
