Two people are charged with making methamphetamine in a travel trailer, the Cortland County Sheriff's Office said in a news release. Deputies were called at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday to Scutt Hill Road where they found an empty, older travel trailer about 30 yards off the road, officials said.
