A man is accused of having several grams of marijuana and a Taser in his car during a traffic stop, the New York State Police said. Caren D. Crawley, 22, of Cortland, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of marijuana and failing to stop at a stop sign.

Custom molder Cortland Plastics International LLC is adding its 12th blow molding machine in November to keep pace with its continuing growth.
