A Cortland sex offender pleaded not guilty to the rape of a Massena teen Monday in St. Lawrence County Court. It is charged that on June 27 in the village of Massena, Wing, a registered Level 3 sex offender, engaged in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.
