Fugitive wanted in NYC, N.J. for stabbing victim in face with Rambo knife caught in Cortland, police say

A man who was wanted in New Jersey and New York City for multiple crimes, including stabbing a victim in the face with a Rambo knife, was caught by Cortland officers Wednesday, police said. Around 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, the Cortland Police Department learned that the fugitive, 34-year-old Christopher Randall, might be living in the area.
