Madison County has the best health in Central New York, while Cortland County has the worst, according to a report released today. The annual county health rankings by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin provide a snapshot showing how counties compare on 30 factors that influence health such as education, housing, violent crime, jobs, diet and exercise.
