Mystery woman may be witness in 1990 hit-and-run death of Cortland man, NY troopers say

New York State Police are seeking information from the public in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred nearly 25 years ago. Phillip Edward Zerrillo, 22, of Cortland was killed in May 1990 while walking along Kinney Gulf Road in the town of Cortlandville in Cortland County south of Syracuse.
