State police looking for information on 25-year-old hit-and-run cold case

New York State Police are seeking information from the public in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred nearly 25 years ago. 22-year-old Phillip Edward Zerrillo of Cortland was killed in May 1990 while walking along a road in the Town of Cortlandville in Cortland County south of Syracuse.
