Residents opposed to the Onondaga County proposed "trash-for-ash'' agreement with Cortland County want more health testing at the Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency incinerator in Jamesville. Dozens of residents, many from Van Buren and Jamesville, packed the Van Buren Town Hall Tuesday night to share opinions on the agreement, known as the Cortland-Onondaga Regional Trash Partnership.
