Senator Chuck Schumer lobbies to keep Jets camp in Cortland

The New York Democrat was at Syracuse University Monday afternoon to call on the NFL team to return this summer to SUNY Cortland, 30 miles south of Syracuse. Schumer says since the Jets began holding their training camp in Cortland starting in 2009, some $24 million has been pumped into the local economy thanks to the thousands of fans who show up each summer during the team's three-week stay.
